The Flikker LBD has arrived! Our elegant black halter dress is made from a beautifully textured medium weight fabric with a slight stretch, and is designed to accentuate the waist and skim over the hips but not be tight fitting. The dress features side slits and a flattering keyhole opening on the back. The dress can be cinched in at the waist with the accompanying belt.
