Where are you based?

We’re based in Cape Town, South Africa, and operate from our home studio in Durbanville. Try-ons are available by appointment only. If you’d like to visit us in person, please email info@flikker.co.za to arrange a time.

How does shipping work?

Nationwide delivery within South Africa via a door-to-door courier service at a flat rate of R99, or free on orders over R1000. Please allow 5 to 8 business days for delivery. A tracking number and link will be sent once your Flikker pakkie is on its way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure online payments via Payfast and Stitch, as well as interest-free instalment payments with Payflex.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

We want you to absolutely love your Flikker pieces. Exchanges are welcome within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
