Where are you based?

We are based in Cape Town, South Africa! 


How long will it be before I receive my item?

Most of our garments are made on a made-to-order basis, meaning that once you place your order our sewing fairies start working on your Flikker pakkie. Therefore, please allow up to 5 - 15 working days for production and delivery. If you need your order by a specific date or within a specific timeframe, please do reach out to us as we are always willing to make a plan if possible!



How does shipping/collection work?

At Flikker we offer a flat rate shipping fee of R99, and free delivery on all orders over R1500. We use a door to door courier service to ensure fast and direct delivery. You will receive a tracking number to track the route of your parcel as soon as it has been sent off.


What are your payment options?

We offer secure online payments powered by Payfast and Yoco, EFT as well as an interest free instalment payment plan powered by Payflex and HappyPay.


What if something doesn't fit?

We want you to be happy with your Flikker items, therefore, returns are welcome midst it is within 10 days of you receiving your item and it is still in its perfect condition. Please read more about our Refund and Exchange Policy here.
