Where are you based?

We’re based in Cape Town, South Africa, and operate from our home studio in Durbanville. Try-ons are available by appointment only. If you’d like to visit us in person, please email info@flikker.co.za to arrange a time.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow 5–10 working days for delivery of your Flikker pakkie within South Africa.

How does shipping work?

We offer nationwide door-to-door courier delivery at a flat rate of R99, with free shipping on orders over R1500. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and link to follow your parcel’s journey.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure online payments via Payfast and Stitch, as well as interest-free instalment payments with Payflex.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

We want you to absolutely love your Flikker pieces. Exchanges are welcome within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
