Where are you based?
We are based in Cape Town, South Africa!
How long will it be before I receive my item?
Please allow up to 5 - 10 working days for delivery. Production and delivery timelines on our 'made-to-order' styles are stipulated in the product description, and confirmed via email after purchase. We promise it will be worth it!
How does shipping/collection work?
At Flikker we offer a flat rate shipping fee of R89, and free delivery on all orders over R1400. We use a door to door courier service to ensure fast and direct delivery. You will receive a tracking number to track the route of your parcel as soon as it has been sent off.
What are your payment options?
We offer secure online payments powered by Payfast, EFT as well as an interest free instalment payment plan powered by Payflex.
What if something doesn't fit?
We want you to be happy with your Flikker items, therefore, returns are welcome midst it is within 10 days of you receiving your item and it is still in its perfect condition. Items can either be exchanged for another size/style, or you can receive store credit or your money back. We do not offer returns/refunds on sale or discounted items and kindly note that all courier costs for exchanges and returns are on the account of the client.
