Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Flikker, we want you to feel confident, beautiful, and completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
We accept returns for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following requirements:
- Item is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
- All original tags are attached
- Item is returned in its original packaging
- Item was not purchased on sale or with a discount code of 10% or more (see Final Sale & Discounted Items below)
- Item is not a custom order
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5–10 business days (unless we’ve communicated otherwise with you directly).
Please note: The cost of return shipping is for the customer’s account. We are happy to arrange courier collection on your behalf and simply deduct the courier fee from your refund, exchange, or store credit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. Under the Consumer Protection Act, faulty goods may be returned within 6 months.
In these cases, you may choose between a refund, replacement, or repair, and Flikker will cover all shipping costs related to resolving the issue.
Final Sale & Discounted Items
All sale and discounted purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund, unless faulty. However, they may be exchanged for another item, size, or store credit.
This includes:
- Items marked down on our website (e.g. seasonal or clearance sales)
- Purchases made with a discount code of 10% or more (e.g. welcome discounts, weekend promos, limited-time offers) Note: This excludes shipping discounts.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@flikker.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the process and arrange courier collection on your behalf. The courier fee will either be deducted from your store credit/refund or invoiced for payment before collection.
Please ensure your return is securely packaged, as Flikker cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
