Refund and Exchange Policy

At Flikker, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return or exchange your item(s) within 10 days of receiving your order. 

Important Points to Note: 

1) Courier Costs:

 All courier costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the client.

 2) How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange: 

- Email info@flikker.co.za with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.

- We will provide a quote for courier costs. Upon your acceptance, we will arrange collection of the item(s) and their return to us.

- For exchanges, once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, we will send your replacement item(s).

3) Processing Timeline: 

- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within five working days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

4) Condition of Returned Items: 

- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, suitable for resale.

5) Refund and Exchange Options: 

- Flikker offers cash refunds, exchanges, or store credit for eligible purchases.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

6) Exclusions:

 - Customisations: Items that have been customised or altered in any way are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

- Bridesmaid Dresses: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on bridesmaid dresses.

- Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discount do not qualify for cash refundsThese items may be exchanged for another size, item, or store credit only.
