Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Flikker, we are committed to ensuring you feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following criteria:

- It is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed

- All original tags are attached

- It is returned in its original packaging

Please note, we do not offer refunds for returns unless the item is faulty or qualifies under the Cooling-Off Period detailed below.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit within 5-10 business days, unless communicated otherwise directly with the client.

The cost of the return courier will be at the customer’s expense. However, we will gladly arrange the return collection on your behalf and deduct the courier fee from your exchange or store credit.

Cooling-Off Period for Online Orders

In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, you may cancel your online order within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided the item is:

- Not a custom-made or made-to-order piece

- Not purchased on sale or using a discount code of 10% or more

- Returned unused, in its original condition and packaging

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be responsible for the courier cost of the return unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. Faulty goods may be returned within 6 months under the Consumer Protection Act.

In these cases, you may choose between a refund, replacement, or repair. We will cover all shipping costs associated with resolving the issue.

Final Sale & Discounted Items

All items marked down as part of a sale, clearance, or promotional discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, unless the item is faulty. These items may, however, be exchanged for another item, size, or store credit.

This includes:

- Items listed with a reduced price on our website (e.g. seasonal sale or clearance markdowns)

- Items purchased using a discount code of 10% or more (e.g. welcome discount, weekend promotions, limited-time offers)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email our team at info@flikker.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

We will guide you through the next steps and arrange a courier collection on your behalf. The courier fee will be for your account and deducted from your store credit or invoiced for payment prior to collection.

Please ensure returns are securely packaged. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
