Refund Policy

Refund and Exchange Policy:

At Flikker we strive to offer a wonderful shopping experience and want you to be happy with your purchase, therefore should your purchase not be satisfactory, you are welcome to return or exchange it within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please take note of the following:

- Kindly note that all courier costs for exchanges and returns are on the account of the client.

- To request a refund or exchange, please email info@flikker.co.za with your order number and reason for return. 

We will send through a quote with the courier costs, and if you accept the quote, arrange for the item/s to be collected from you and returned to us. In the case that you are exchanging the item for another size/item, we will send the new item as soon as the return items has been received.

- Refunds/exchanges will be processed once we have received and inspected the items, please allow up to five working days for this process.

- Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, suitable for re-sale.

- Flikker offers full cash refunds, exchanges or store credit. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- PLEASE NOTE: Regrettably we do not offer refunds on our bridesmaids dresses.

- PLEASE NOTE: Regrettably no refunds/exchanges will be processed on sale/discounted items.
